You must complete the online module before attending your in-person session. Entry to class will be denied if the online portion is incomplete. The practical session must be completed within 60 days of finishing the online module.

Common questions about blended training
No. Blended learning is one of two accepted formats. You can also choose fully classroom instructor-led training. What is not accepted is fully online-only training, because participants must demonstrate practical skills in person.
Yes. The online theory module must be completed first. The in-person practical session is the second step and is scheduled only after the online portion is finished.
You must complete the in-person portion within 60 days of finishing the online theory module so your blended training stays valid within the expected completion window.
If you do not meet the passing requirement, your instructor or support team will guide you on the next available re-assessment or completion steps based on the course format you selected.
Yes. Existing certificates remain valid until their printed expiry dates unless your employer or internal policy requires renewal earlier.
Yes. Team enrollments can be arranged for both the online theory portion and the practical in-person scheduling process. Contact support if you need help coordinating a group.
