The blended format made sense for my schedule. I finished the online portion at my own pace, then completed the practical session in person without any confusion.
Clinic Manager
I assigned this training to our team because it gave us flexible online theory first, then a straightforward in-person skills check. It was clean, practical, and easy to document for compliance.
Practice Administrator
The course felt realistic rather than generic. The examples were useful, the lessons moved quickly, and the transition into the practical session was smooth once the online training was complete.
